Dr. Chen Chen Gave an Invited Talk at AngelTech CS International Conference

On April 12, 2021, the third virtual AngelTech Summit was held online. The Summit consists of three events: CS (Compound Semiconductor) International, PIC (Photonic Integrated Circuits Communities) International, and SiS (Silicon Semiconductor) International.

This conference focuses on technological advancements in compound semiconductors, photonic integrated circuits, sensors, etc. Many companies including Saphlux were invited to the conference to present their latest developments.

Dr. Chen Chen, CEO of Saphlux, Inc., attended the conference and introduced the company’s unique NPQD products for micro-LED displays. The R series and T series micro-LED chips carry higher efficiency, lower cost, and better color gamut. More importantly, the RGB-in-one T series chip can greatly simplify the production process to resolve the key yield issue in the micro-LED display commercialization. Initial applications of this technology include small-pitch displays, automotive displays, and AR/MR displays.
